What “Pre-Order” Means

Pre-order = you lock in your item now, we produce it after the order window closes.
Once production starts, your order moves through these stages:

1. Order Confirmed – you’ll receive an order confirmation instantly.

2. Production Begins – we start making your pieces once the pre-order window ends.

3. Quality Check – every item is checked before packing.

4. Packed + Shipped – you’ll get tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

5. Delivered – you’ll receive your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or make changes while the window is open. After that, production begins and we may not be able to change sizes, colors, or quantities.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — as long as the order hasn’t shipped. Email orders@escroom.store with your order number.

What if production is delayed?
If anything affects timing, we’ll post updates and keep you informed. If delays become significant, we’ll offer options where possible.

Will I get tracking?
Yes. Tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.
