REFUND POLICY

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

Contact us at orders@escroom.store with:

  • Your order details
  • Reason for the return
  • Supporting photo evidence (if applicable)

2. Ship the Item Back

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
  • Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

3. Inspection & Refund

  • Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue and your order details.
  2. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly, offering a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs where applicable.

Sizing Disclaimer 

Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Each product page includes detailed sizing charts to help you choose the correct fit. We strongly encourage you to review these charts carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Undergarments, intimate apparel, and swimwear
  • Final sale items
  • Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or packaging

Replacements

Due to limited stock, replacements or colour exchanges are rarely possible. We appreciate your understanding and aim to set clear expectations.

Lost Returns

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the return process.

  • You will need to contact the mail provider directly to request compensation.
  • We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for returns to prevent issues.
